Delegate Foster moves to amend the bill on page 23, section 14, line five, following the word “registrant” by inserting a new subsection (e) to read as follows:

“(e) Each employee shall provide proof they passed a drug and alcohol test within the previous 12 months that meets the requirements set out in §21-1d-2 (a), (d), and (h).”
